1. Error in sending card program

Treatment:
1. Restore the default settings of the sending card and save
2. Set the minimum brightness value of the display monitoring > 80

2.Every module or cabinet shows the same image
Failure reasons:
1. No display connection file was sent
Treatment:
1. Reset the screen connection file. And connect the computer's signal cable to the output port of the sending card near the indicator light when sending.

3.The whole image on the screen is abnormal
Failure reasons:
1. The driver loading program is wrong
2. The signal cable between the laptop and the screen is too long or of poor quality
3. The sending card is broken
Treatment:
1. Reload the receiving card driving file
2. Shorten the length of the signal cable between the laptop and the screen or replace it
3. Replace the sending card

4.When starting, it prompts "sending card not found"
Failure reasons:
1. The serial port cable or USB cable is not connected to the sending card
2. The laptop COM or USB port is broken
3. The serial port cable or USB cable is broken
4. The sending card is broken
5. The USB driver is not installed
Treatment:
1. Confirm and connect the serial port cable
2. Change the laptop
