Fault reason:
1. 220V power cable is not connected properly.
2. Signal cable transmission has problems.
3. Receiving card is damaged.
4. HUB board is inserted in the wrong position.
Treatment:
1. Check the 220V power cable
2. Confirm and replace the signal cable
3. Replace the receiving card
4. Re-insert the HUB

2.Some modules (3-6pcs) black
Failure reasons:
1. Power supply protection may damage
2. AC power supply line poor contact
Treatment:
1. Check and make sure the power supply good
2. Reconnect the AC power supply line

3.One LED module / continuous LED modules show abnormal
Failure reasons:
1. Arraying cable is bad
2. One LED module failure
Treatment:
1.Re -insert the arraying cable, pls. note the direction
2. Replace LED module

4.Black screen, sending card indicator doesn’t flash green
Failure reasons:
1. The DVI cable is not connected properly
2. The graphics card properties are not set correctly
3. The software has chosen to turn off the power of the screen 
4. The sending card is not properly inserted or there is a problem with the sending card
Treatment:
1. Check the DVI cable connector
2. Reset the graphics mode
3. Select the software to turn on the large screen power
4. Reinsert the sending card or replace the sending card

5.Black screen, sending card indicator flashes green.
Failure reasons:
1. The screen no power
2. The signal cable is not connected properly
3. The receiving card no power or the power supply voltage is too low
4. The sending card is broken
5. The signal transmission intermediate device is connected bad or has a fault (such as: function card, repeater)
Treatment:
1. Check and confirm that the screen is power on
2. Check and reconnect the signal cable
3. Ensure that it is 5-5.2V from the DC output power supply
4. Replace the sending card
5. Check the connection or replace the function card (repeater)
